We
are a multidisciplinary group using mouse genetics, pharmacology,
cryogenic correlated light-electron microscopy (cryoCLEM) and
cryo-electron tomgraphy. We combine these approaches to determine in situ molecular structures of the
brain.
The Frank is investigating fundamental molecular mechanisms within the
mammalian brain with a particuar interest in the structural basis
of synaptic mechanisms, memory, and Alzheimer's disease.
